Поразительные провалы: на «эффективное» обучение армий других стран США тратят миллиарды долларов

От автора блога. Почему такая низкая "эффективность" американских программ по борьбе с терроризмом? наверное потому, что львиная доля средств в них предусмотрена для оснащения самих террористом. С 2006 года Вашингтон потратил на них 2 млрд. долларов. Из них Ливан и Иордания только за 2 помледних года получили 865 млн. долларов (!!!). Думаю, дальше можно не говорить по поводу "эффективности".

Пока миллиарды долларов налогоплательщиков США тратятся на проекты, направленные на расширение возможностей борьбы с терроризмом в ряде стран — от Иордании до Филиппин и Румынии, — новый доклад государственной надзорной службы выявил, насколько «эффективно» Пентагон и Государственный департамент контролируют эти проекты.
